Cookies
This site sets a handful of cookies. The necessary ones and those that remember a choice are its own. Google Analytics runs only if you allow it — until then nothing from Google loads. No advertising.
What needs no consent
Consent is required for cookies that are not necessary for the service you asked for. The ones here are either strictly necessary (signing in, CSRF protection) or remember a choice you made (the language, the theme, your Google Analytics answer). Those need to be disclosed rather than consented to — which is what this page is.
Google Analytics — only with consent
If you press "Accept", Google Analytics loads: it counts which pages are viewed, for how long, from which country and device, and sets the _ga cookies (up to 13 months) that recognise the browser on a later visit. No advertising, no Google signals, no link to your Google account. If you press "Reject" or do not answer, nothing from Google loads. The answer is remembered for 180 days, then we ask again.
You can change your mind at any time from "Cookie settings" — here or at the bottom of every page. On refusal the _ga cookies are deleted.
Counting without tracking
We count how many people arrive from Google, from social networks and from other sites, and how often the watch software is downloaded. Nothing is left on your device for it — no cookie, no browser storage — and no identifier is created that would recognise you next time. That is why no consent is asked for: there is nothing stored on your side, and without an identifier there is no profile.
The host counts page views too — how many people, from which country, on which device. Its script is served from our own domain rather than a third party, and it writes neither a cookie nor an identifier. So it needs no consent either: there is nothing stored on your side and no way to recognise you next time.
Both counts above work without consent because they leave nothing on your device. Google Analytics is separate — only if you allowed it.
| Name | What it does | Kind | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| authjs.session-token | Keeps you signed in. Without it every page load signs you out. | Necessary | 30 days |
| authjs.csrf-token | Stops another site submitting this site's forms in your name. | Necessary | Until the browser closes |
| authjs.callback-url | Remembers where to send you after signing in. | Necessary | Until the browser closes |
| locale | Remembers whether you read in Bulgarian or English. | Preference | 365 days |
| analytics_consent | Remembers whether you allowed Google Analytics, so we do not ask on every page. | Necessary | 180 days |
| _ga | Google Analytics: recognises the browser between visits. Only after "Accept". | Analytics (with consent) | 395 days |
| _ga_MRM34SW3DW | Google Analytics: keeps the current visit. Only after "Accept". | Analytics (with consent) | 395 days |
Not only cookies
The light or dark theme is kept in the browser's own storage (localStorage) rather than a cookie, so the page is coloured before it renders instead of flashing white. It is never sent to the server and never leaves your device. It clears from the same place in your browser as the cookies do.
- themePreferenceRemembers whether you read in the light or the dark theme.
- ultrapacer:visit-trailPreferenceRemembers the pages you have passed through in this tab, so the back arrow returns you exactly where you came from.
- planWizard:<трасе>PreferenceRemembers how far you got in the plan wizard, so a page reload does not send you back to the start. This tab only, for 30 minutes.
- watchModelPreferenceRemembers the watch model you chose when downloading the field, so you do not have to find it again.
- myRacesInviteClosedPreferenceRemembers that you closed the “Which races did you run” invite, so it does not come back.
- watchActiveNudgeHiddenPreferenceRemembers that you closed the “Your watch is waiting for a course” note, so it stays away for three days.
Maps
Maps load from OpenStreetMap's servers. They set no cookies, but they see your IP address while you look at a map — as with any image loaded from another site.
Under a finished plan there is a support button. Press it and Ko-fi's payment form opens inside the page, and their cookies apply from then on. Until you press it, nothing of theirs is loaded — no image, no script. The “Support” link at the foot of every page simply takes you to Ko-fi; nothing of theirs loads here.
Deleting them
Every browser lets you view and delete the cookies and stored data for one site. Deleting these will sign you out and forget your language, your theme and your Google Analytics answer. Nothing more.
